The Pueblo Indians had lived in present-day New Mexico and Arizona. The did live in a dry, deserty piece of land,but that didn't stop them from farming. They did have a use of water and were quite smart about it too. They had built a crop and they would store the water there because it would allow the water to come in but not come out.
